However, we understand that there may be rare instances where a refund or return is necessary. Here's our return policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from our official website or authorized retailers. If you purchased NitroVitality from a third-party seller, please refer to their return policy.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unopened condition.


2. Refund Process:

Once your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the product. Please make sure to package the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
We will process your refund within 10 business days after receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.


3. Opened Product and Contamination:

We do not accept returns for opened or partially used products due to the risk of contamination. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and quality of our products.


4. No Results Disclaimer:

While we believe in the efficacy of NitroVitality, individual results may vary. We cannot guarantee specific results as they depend on various factors, including an individual's lifestyle, diet, and usage.


5. Shipping Costs:

The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product, except in cases of product damage or shipping errors.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Products:

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

7. Exceptions:

We were founded on the principles of trust and integrity. Trust and integrity goes both ways. We operate from a position of  honor, and integrity and want to earn your trust. Although we currently do no ship to the EU, we do not rule out the possibility in the future. For this reason, we are providing an EU return policy.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unopened or unused, with tags and seals intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
