Turmeric Synergy with BioPerine®

Turmeric Synergy is a two-capsule daily blend of eleven ingredients built around turmeric and BioPerine® black pepper extract. 60 capsules. Manufactured in the USA.

Why the black pepper

Curcumin on its own absorbs poorly. Shoba et al. (Planta Medica, 1998) gave healthy volunteers 2 g of curcumin with and without 20 mg of piperine and measured curcumin in the blood. Levels were much higher with piperine. They measured blood levels, not how anyone felt. One serving has 100 mg of 95% curcuminoids and 10 mg of BioPerine®, well under the trial's 2 g of curcumin.

Glucosamine and chondroitin are compounds found in cartilage. Turmeric, Boswellia, and ginger are traditional herbs used in joint support blends.

How to take it

Two capsules once a day, 20 to 30 minutes before a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

What it can't do

Ask your doctor first if you have a medical condition or take a blood thinner.
