      GLP-1 Support

Daily Nutrient + Digestive Comfort Formula

Eating less shouldn't mean running on empty. When your appetite drops, your nutrient intake drops with it, even if you feel fine. GLP-1 Support covers the nutrients most often checked and most often found low in adults on GLP-1 medications, plus support for a gut that's adjusting to smaller meals.

When you eat less, everything changes

Smaller meals. Faster fullness. Some days food just doesn't sound good.

That might be exactly what you wanted. But your body still needs the same vitamins and minerals it always did. A 2025 analysis of over 460,000 adults on GLP-1 medications found that more than 1 in 5 were diagnosed with a nutritional deficiency within a year of starting treatment, most commonly vitamin D, along with B vitamins and iron. [1] The same research recommends vitamin B12, vitamin D, iron, and folate as the standard panel to screen for insufficiency in this population, and zinc shortfalls have also been documented in adults on GLP-1 medications. [1,2]

GLP-1 Support was built around that risk. Two capsules a day. Nutrients in well-studied, well-absorbed forms. Plus botanicals and enzymes to support digestion while your routine changes.

      Who this is for

      • Adults eating significantly less than they used to
      • People who feel full fast and want their smaller meals to count
      • Anyone who wants digestive support while their eating habits change
      • Adults who read labels and want real forms, real doses, and straight answers

      What's inside

      • Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), 525 mcg. A coenzyme form of B12 that cells can use directly. Cyanocobalamin, the cheaper synthetic form used in many supplements, has to be converted in the body first.
      • Folate (L-5-MTHF), 400 mcg DFE. The primary circulating form of folate. An estimated 10 to 15% of people carry MTHFR gene variants that make it harder to convert folic acid into this usable form, so this skips that step. [3]
      • Vitamin B6 (P5P), 26 mg. The active coenzyme form of B6, involved in protein metabolism and energy production.
      • Iron (ferrous bisglycinate chelate), 18 mg. A chelated form of iron generally associated with less stomach upset than ferrous sulfate. Iron needs vary by person. Talk to your doctor before starting an iron-containing supplement if you're not sure whether you need one.
      • Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), 50 mcg (2,000 IU). The same form your body produces from sunlight. Supports immune function and calcium absorption.
      • Zinc (bisglycinate chelate), 20 mg. A chelated, well-tolerated form. Supports immune function and normal taste and smell, which matters when your relationship with food is changing.
      • Magnesium (oxide and citrate blend), 200 mg. Supports muscle function and digestive regularity.
      • Digestive support blend, 325 mg. Ginger root extract standardized to 5% gingerols, peppermint leaf extract, bromelain, and DigeZyme® enzyme complex, included to support digestion when meals are small.
      • LactoSpore® (Bacillus coagulans MTCC 5856), 166 mg. A spore-forming probiotic strain shown to survive stomach acid better than many non-spore-forming strains. [4]
      • Ashwagandha extract (5% withanolides). Included at a supportive dose, well below the amount used in the clinical trial cited below.
      • BioPerine® black pepper extract, 5 mg. A patented extract studied for its effect on nutrient absorption.

      Read the label

Not every bottle in this category contains the same thing. Same claims on the front, very different ingredients inside. Two things worth checking on any product before you buy it, including this one.

The form. Budget multivitamins commonly use pyridoxine HCl for B6, ferrous fumarate for iron, magnesium oxide alone, and zinc oxide. These are inexpensive to manufacture, but they're not the forms your body uses most efficiently, and non-chelated iron in particular tends to be harder on the stomach. This formula uses P5P (the active coenzyme form of B6), ferrous bisglycinate chelate, a magnesium oxide and citrate blend, and zinc bisglycinate chelate.

The dose. A product can carry a “B12 support” claim on the front label with anywhere from 15 mcg to 500+ mcg inside. The claim doesn't tell you the number. Check the Supplement Facts panel, not just the marketing copy, and compare the actual milligram and microgram amounts against what's listed above.

What's actually in the bottle. Plenty of GLP-1-branded multivitamins are exactly that: a multivitamin. No digestive support, no probiotic, nothing for the gut side of eating less. This formula includes a dedicated digestive blend and a clinically studied probiotic strain because nutrient repletion is only half the problem GLP-1 users are dealing with.

      The science

GLP-1 medications and nutrient risk. In a retrospective claims analysis of 461,382 adults newly prescribed GLP-1 receptor agonists, 12.7% were diagnosed with a nutritional deficiency within 6 months and 22.4% within 12 months. Vitamin D deficiency was most common. The study authors recommend lab screening for vitamin B12, vitamin D, iron, and folic acid in this population. [1] A 2026 narrative review synthesizing 6 studies across nearly 481,000 adults on GLP-1 medications corroborates vitamin D, iron, B12, and zinc as recurring deficiencies. [2]

Ginger and digestion. In a small randomized, double-blind crossover trial, ginger sped gastric emptying and reduced fullness and bloating in adults with indigestion, compared with placebo. The trial included 11 participants, so treat this as an early but genuine clinical signal. [5]

LactoSpore and gut comfort. In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial of 70 adults with gas and bloating, Bacillus coagulans MTCC 5856 (the strain used in this formula) significantly improved indigestion scores compared with placebo over 4 weeks. [4]

Ashwagandha and stress. In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial of 64 adults reporting high day-to-day stress, a high-concentration ashwagandha root extract reduced stress-assessment scores and cortisol levels compared with placebo over 60 days. The trial used 600 mg per day. The amount in this formula is lower, since ashwagandha here is a supporting ingredient in a broader formula rather than the sole active ingredient. [6]

What this formula will not do

It will not cause weight loss. It contains no stimulants and no appetite-suppressing ingredients.

It will not replace protein. If you're eating less, protein intake and resistance exercise matter more than any capsule for protecting your muscle.

It will not replace your doctor. If you're under medical care for any condition, tell your physician about every supplement you take, including this one.

What it will do is help cover the nutritional gaps a smaller appetite leaves open, and support digestion while it does.

      Suggested use

Take two capsules daily with 6 to 8 oz of water, ideally with your largest meal. Consistency matters more than timing. Give it 30 days.

      FAQ

Is this a GLP-1 medication or an alternative to one?

No. This is a dietary supplement. It contains no drugs, does not affect GLP-1 hormone levels, and is not a substitute for any prescription medication.

Why do people with reduced appetites need targeted nutrition?

When total food intake drops, vitamin and mineral intake drops with it. Recent research on GLP-1 medication users found that more than 1 in 5 developed a diagnosed nutritional deficiency within a year, most often vitamin D, alongside B vitamins and iron. [1,2] This formula addresses vitamin D, B12, folate, iron, and zinc, plus digestive support.

What makes the vitamin forms different?

This formula uses methylcobalamin, 5-MTHF, and P5P. These are forms closer to what your body uses directly, compared with the cheaper synthetic forms (like cyanocobalamin and folic acid) used in many supplements, which require an extra conversion step.

      Will this upset my stomach?

It's built with that in mind. The iron and zinc are chelated forms generally considered gentler, and the formula includes ginger, peppermint, and digestive enzymes. Taking it with food helps.

Should I take this if I'm a man or a postmenopausal woman?

This formula contains 18 mg of iron. Iron needs vary widely, and some adults shouldn't supplement iron at all. Check with your doctor first if you're unsure about your iron status.

Can I take this with my prescription medications?

Ask your prescriber. Always tell your doctor and pharmacist about every supplement you take.

      Is it third-party tested?

Yes. Every batch has a Certificate of Analysis confirming label claims and screening for heavy metals (lead, cadmium, mercury, arsenic) and microbial contaminants (total plate count, yeast and mold, E. coli, Salmonella). It's also manufactured in a US facility certified by UL Solutions for current Good Manufacturing Practice compliance (cGMP, 21 CFR Part 111), certification valid through November 12, 2028.

How long until I notice anything?

Nutrient repletion is gradual. Judge this product over a full 30-day bottle. A stuffy nose or a fever shows up overnight, so you notice right away. Feeling steadily better over weeks is easy to miss unless you compare how you feel now to how you felt a month ago.

Does it contain stimulants, caffeine, or appetite suppressants?

      No.

      Is it vegetarian?

The capsule is hypromellose (vegetable-based). The formula lists no animal-derived ingredients.

      How does the subscription work?

$34.99 per month, shipped automatically, 42% off the $59.99 one-time price. Skip a month or cancel anytime from your account page.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Use the entire bottle. If you don't notice a difference in daily energy and digestive comfort, email us within 90 days for a full refund, even with an empty bottle.

      The Empty Bottle Guarantee
